MOVEMENT
Moving brings my soul and body to life, and transitioning to an at home yoga practice, has changed the way I do my daily movement. Depending on what I am feeling, choosing unique music encourages my body to flow intuitively, and listen for whichever form of physical activity my body is craving in the moment . I have found a deeper form of expression, staying attuned with the principles of yoga while incorporating more free movement. Where I once found myself needing studios, I now prefer nature or a corner of a house as my fitness environment. Hopefully these basic guided videos initiate others to prioritize consistent movement. Maybe sparking the motivation for regularly scheduled yoga sessions or the confidence to let one’s own being take over.
I : A first of many flows to come. I encourage you to set an intention for yourself and allow your body to flow. My voice can be used as a suggestion for guiding you. This sequence has more fluid movement, creating a mixture of relaxation and energy for your body.
